The M3 mitigation software program aids Project Management Organizations (PMOs) with the management and administration of grants and recovery operations for disaster stricken areas. The primary goal of the system is to assist HMGP managers guide property owners through the grant application process and to provide a robust financial auditing solution for grant applications and individual properties.
The M3 system provides the Project Manager with the ability to track property and owner details, manage grant application status, record engineering and construction data, track vendor information, communications logging (emails, telephone calls), accounting, and dynamic reporting. Additionally, the system captures and tracks milestones in the grant processes for individual properties and across the entire grant. Automated milestone tracking guides Project Managers through the numerous properties assigned to them for a particular grant application. There are 19 HMGP projects and 1 FMA project that are currently being tracked in Solutient's M3 system.
